Mountain bike is a fun, complete and dynamic discipline that can be practised in the splendid natural setting of Gressoney.
There are many itineraries, of all types, that will let you experience new emotions in the saddle of your Mountain Bike. Monterosa Experience offers excursions at different levels during the summer season, as well as courses to learn basic techniques.
With Monterosa Experience you can book your guided MTB or E-Bike excursion, alone or in a group, and if necessary you can also hire your Mountain Bike or E-Bike.
Monterosa Experience has two clay tennis courts right near the centre of the village of Gressoney Saint Jean.
Qualified tennis instructors organise individual or group tennis lessons for children and adults.
It is also possible to book the tennis courts every day to play and have fun.
With Monterosa Experience you can participate in organised trekking and excursions in the area.
There are many walks of varying difficulty that Gressoney offers, and it will be great fun to discover wonderful places in our mountains and immerse yourself in the unspoilt nature that surrounds us.
The hiking guides will accompany you on various itineraries, telling you many anecdotes, legends, and explaining the main customs of the Walser culture, which is always present with many facets during your holiday in Gressoney.
The Gressoney Valley offers numerous climbing areas of different levels and exposure.
Monterosa Experience organises individual or group courses with expert Alpine Guides.
If you are approaching climbing for the first time, you will be able to learn the movements of the discipline, deepen your knowledge of safety techniques and rope manoeuvres that will enable you to start climbing independently and safely. If, on the other hand, you already have a base of experience, the Alpine Guides will help you improve your technique, including teaching you the correct reading of the different terrains on which to venture in order to improve your performance and minimise fatigue.
